Foster City, California

The low light level caused me to shoot at only 1/400 of a sec at f/5.6. Although I braced the camera, and the sandpiper cooperated by remaining still, the relatively slow shutter speed caused the moving surface of the water to look kind of interesting.

Great sharpness on the bird, though. These are tough days to shoot.
