At the Boyd Hill Nature Preserve in St. Petersburg, FL this Gulf Fritillary Butterfly was seen. It had just landed on a small plant and its stalk could not support the butterfly and the butterfly landed on the sidewalk on its back as shown still grasping the plant's stalk.
