WEEKLY CHALLENGE #38
Blackeyed Peas and Ham for dinner again. I decided to use this meal as my entry for the Weekly challenge - Beginning and The End.
I used the END of my Christmas ham to make a NEW batch of blackeyed peas. It is how we celebrate the BEGINNING of the year in Texas.

We had black eyed pea salsa at the Rose Bowl party ~ and guess what? TCU won!!! So it's true, black eyed peas do bring good luck!!
