Tom Broznowski

I got a million photos of Broznowski. That's cause wherever I lived he was racing. He should come up to Alaska and do so masters races and I'll shoot some more!

1982 Somebody got this photo from Google and posted it on my cube. Now I can't sleep so here is the story. Portland has Kooks. Warming up for Mt Tabor crit I was surprised by the 1963 Falcon doing a 0 MPH burnout on the road. To get a 1963 Falcon with a 6-cylinder engine to do a burnout you have to push both the brake and gas pedals to the floor. Aka 0Mph burnout. Then the Kooks decided to spray thumbtacks over the bike race course. Glen Sanders (Portland local) and I were o
ff the front of the pack. For some strange reason I brought my spare bike and a spare set of wheels. When Glen and I both double flatted I jumped on my spare bike (thanks dad!) and Glen was out. When I double flatted again my dad had changed the wheels on my bike (thanks dad) and I won the race. WTF Portland Kooks the guy from Seattle showed you how to race with thumbtacks on the road!!!
