Model shops sell a huge range of rudders for model boats.
Not one of them is anything like the BB one.
I cut this from a sheet of scrap brass, the shaft, tube and tiller is going to take a bit of skilled work, hope I can still do it.
If not I might have to adapt a shop built rudder.
