Tiernapojat, a very old Finnish Christmas tradition (Tiernapojat = even Tähtipojat = Star Boys)

a group of boys or men going round singing and presenting a Christmas play visiting people, later
singing at schools etc in Christmas time.. the original meaning was to collect money

Brings back memories of Aurora's Filipino traditions, we continued for some time here in Oz twenty five years ago, singing Christmas carols to friends from house to house . Lovely shot Ceya. V.
