Designed and built (1988-1998) by Friedensreich Hundertwasser (1928-2000), witty Viennese artist, architect, philosopher and environmentalist. He had a lot of rules all of which created festive environment. His design has no straight lines, roofs are planted with grass and trees. Every building is capped with a golden turret to elevate man’s sense of himself and he believed color is king.
