MY NIECE AND NEPHEW

Dallas, TX

I took a photo of my niece and nephew on Thanksgiving for my sister's Christmas cards. She wanted a different background than in the house so I put them in the forest. I love my niece and nephew very much but they are growing up too fast. I remember all of the years watching them grow up and how much love we share. I wish they'd stop growing up! ;)

I love them so much! I don't have kids so I spend as much time as possible. I was there when my niece was born and helped in the delivery room as my bro-in-law could not get back in town in time. So, I was the first to hold her. Micah, my nephew, is the best kid ever! He'll be 22 in January and time goes by so fast but we love each other very, very much! My sister was thrilled with the cards. They came out great! I think I'll post a shot of them. Thanks, everyone!

Your sister must be very happy, Cindi. I can see your niece and nephew's connection to you by their happy smiles. This is great...and the blue shoes are a fun touch. I like how they tie into the blue of sky and the blue jeans. Well done.

Well this is a happy image for sure and you have made good use of the
fall leaves for a lovely back drop

A fine happy photo, Cindi.
You are right. Girls particularly are in a big hurry to grow up.
Boys stay boys a little longer.
l like the wooded background.

Maybe add a chorus; 'for new times become old times to remember'
What a happy scene, Cindi! Ahhh, to be young again :)
