Originally a pile of rock was on this promontory to guide emigrants going west. When Teter died, this plinth of rock was put in this place in memory of Teter.

Quite a big rock which serves as a memory of Teter. Incredibly landscape, flat to the horizon. The great big sky state. Excellent. V
