Hand made, top black one from FD ext. ring 25U and the bottom one is
C/Y->EF adapter, they are glued together using epoxy, it is 5.80 mm thick.
It is still too thick, so the most of telephoto lenses have limited ranges,
but FD 100mm and 135mm are quite usable since you can get much closer.
