This beautiful jelly is capable of giving a nasty sting to unsuspecting swimmer via those long trailing tentacles, as evidenced by the tiny silver sardines already preyed upon in them. Attending this Man O'War Jellyfish are the identically named black and silver fish, probably taking opportunity of the free food.
