Though its not Friday,
I am thankful that the local school strike isn't going to happen on Friday, well not just yet.

"Education Association will request that the Board of Education enter into non-binding arbitration.
Once the Board receives formal notification of that request, the Board will have ten days to respond.
That process does temporarily preclude a work stoppage and demonstrates a commitment to continue to discuss and attempt to resolve the issues.
The process will result in a recommendation by an arbitration panel which either side may reject or accept.
Negotiations may continue based on the panel’s recommendation. "
