VTR 312, VTR 308, NREX 4212, CLP 204 with 47 cars stopped at Milage B22 to allow the conductor to reboard the power. Earlier while in Proctorsville 263 had an unplanned stop just east of John Smith's to investgate a possible problem with the train. This required the conductor to walk the length of the train which was stetched out 4 cars west of Rt 103 crossing. Fortunately no issues were found. To expedite getting back on the move and clearing the crossings at Rt 103, Depot Street and Mountain View Avenue the conductor rode the tail end of the train down to Milage B22.
