I was seduced by the beauty of the stainless steel. I'm sorry now I didn't stay with porcelain. The well water here is very, very hard. Even using the sink once results in very obvious white mineral deposits.

I've looked and looked and finally have a cleaning routine for the new sink. Vinegar helps dissolve the mineral deposits. Barkeeper's Friend polished off the rest. Then I use a waxy finish to keep the water spots down. It's still a mess, so I use the laundry room sink, whenever I can.

There's a soap and pad hold on the left with a vine pattern. Under the sink I have the co-ordinating towel holder.
