I've never been sure enough to go picking those wild ones. I know other people who do and they are a treat. I think I'll just go to the grocery store. That moss it really nice!

You've made this look quite inviting although the only mushrooms I pick are the ones in the supermarket. I wouldn't trust myself to pick wild ones. Barry

Yikes, what the heck is this thing called? I assume it is toxic from your title. I like the way it seems to be positioned atop that green mound, kind of an offering - but not the usual variety. It makes me think of one of those weird squash with the scalloped edges on their coats. Great shot - and very pretty "thing" - but it doesn't awaken my appetite for self-destruction.
