I THINK I NEED TO RAISE THIS PIECE OVER THE LEVEL OF THE RAILS FOR THE BELLOWS TO EXTEND. I'LL POST WHEN I HAVE TRIED THIS.

UPDATE from above. No that didn't help. There is something stopping it from coming forward and it almost appears to be higher up but that is a guess.
No hurry on a fix. Just an ongoing puzzler.
