Can anyone give me some advice on how to open the bellows on this camera?

I have pointed out what it is that I think I must push to release the lens(#1) but the part which moves when I to (#2) doesn't clear what I think may be holding it back. I can retract the rails and attach the hinged flap to line up (or so I think) but it doesn't move.
Maybe it is just old and hasn't been opened in years.
I took this photo with Skitch and perhaps you might need a better shot taken with my camera?

I sent you a link to the pdf file original User Manual for this camera. It explains many things. :-)
Also note that this particular model design (and there were MANY Kodak designs, often of each
model {Series I, II ,III etc}) is known to be 'tricky' to engage the lens board in the baseboard slide
so that you can bring the lens/bellows forward to the focusing wheel. Just don't use too much
force. Wiggle and shake. :-) (The Kodak dance moves).
