ON TOP OF THE WORLD!!

Mount Azure, New York

During a recent trip to Northern New York a friend and I climbed Mount Azure.
One short year ago this would not have been possible. It took two hours to climb up
and another two hours down.

Thanks Peggy for your support and encouragement and challenging me
to take the extra step in my journey to better health.

Hey Bro I love seeing you put that "stubborn" mindset to something good. What's next? Maybe getting a golden retriever or two that needs to be walked everyday...sun, rain, sleet or snow. I have a couple or three that you can use as a tryout. LOL
