Success at last!

For many years we tried to cover this ugly back wall.
The clematis failed. Many times.
The griselinia grew too tall and bushy.
Finally we planted a virginian creeper and
this year it is rewarding us with its lovely rich colour,

The Virginia Creeper certainly is proving it's worth...one of those delightful plants unsuitable for my subtropical climate
