Normally at this time of year I am off in Gatineau Park on the weekends, a nearby federally owned conservation park that is 365 square kilometers in size, but this year I have been focusing on other things. Today I went on a bike tour along the Ottawa and Gatineau Rivers and then back along Brewery Creek, a distance of 20 km. This was the first time I had ever been to Leamy Lake in Hull and on the various bike pathways in that area. This scene was one that I encountered along the way. These office towers were built in 1976 and house various government departments. One of my goals today was to try some architectural and urban photography, something I plan to do more of in the coming weeks. Some of my other photos from this day can be seen in my recent additions gallery.
