Lots of interesting detail with some nice patterns.

I like this too. Strange chipping when you come to think of it. It's not easy to se how this could happen unless it was deliberate or perhaps they were practising with their sandblaster. Barry

I like this. I wonder how it would look if you cropped out the top and the sidewalk and a bit of the left side to not show the verticle line. Again that's just me. It might make it a bit too clean. I suppose the sidewalk and the weed growing adds to the character of the composition. Regardless, I love this . Nice find

Thanks all for the comments.
Looking at the original closely, the white spots are chipped areas.
As for the window, maybe a party before closure ?

different take, Shirley, the white stuff, is paint that is missing,, white is the original paster/stucco, but that does not account for the theatrics in the window

Oh yes, this is great! The white stuff that has been sprayed all over the side of this building reminds me of the fake snow that gets sprayed on pine trees and stenciled on windows. It is like someone wanted it to snow all over the side of this blue building. I love it. The extinguisher's red color is perfect too. Good find and nicely composed Frank.
