Hi xxx, we checked the rules and conditions and there is no special mention concerning the date of the photo...of course we want a building of our industrial heritage (we got it) combined with new constructions ( we can see them in the back ), the photo must be unpublished and should not form part of other prices or contests.

That photo is old, now the tower has an scaffolding all around. But It doesn't break the contest rules... I guess...
