Wow, very well decorated. Reminds me of something from India. Great desaturation and composition!

A great spontaneous shot.

Well taken Steve... I love the head dress of these OX...
Thanks...

Fine looking pair.
They look like they are dressed to go to an NFL football game!
Gotta wonder how long the tassels last...
Well-captured, Steve..

Thanks for your comments. Hal, as part of the 250th anniversary of Chester Basin, a small Ox Train carried supplies between Chester Basin and Ross Farm. I came across them quite by accident and pulled over to get a couple of pictures.

Great shot Steve, the terrible twins are fine looking animals.

Hi Steve. This is a remarkable animal study.
Except for the white markings, they look like clones.
Was this at an agricultural show ? They look like show animals.
A beautiful and most interesting photograph

They look determined. :-)
Cindy Flood04-Sep-2010 04:07
They really are spruced-up. I wonder if all of that frou-frou on their noses is annoying?
Your choice of crop is perfect for the subject.
Terry 04-Sep-2010 02:07
Wow! this is impressive, Steve. What beautiful animals.
Wonderfully photographed. I love the crop you chose.
