A beautiful image Vern. I love waterfalls.

Great shot! I have been to the bottom of the falls a few times, years ago. If the trail is the same it starts down stream and angles down tward the falls. You end up about 30 yards down stream. It is steep but not dangerous.

Isn't Oregon lovely? We just went to the Proxy Falls ( upper and lower ) and got some nice shots of them. This is really pretty, Vern.

What a wonderful set of falls. Vern if you were their age you'd be down there with them I bet!

Wow, that sure is a big falls! Thanks for pointing out the guy in the pool.

The thought that the white speck is a guy in a t-shirt certainly provides perspective. Wow!

Super job on this, Vern. What a lovely falls, and glad you pointed out the small person at the bottom to help with sense of scale.

I'm sure there is a well worn trail with a trailhead known to the teens. ")Looks like you tamed the light very well. Did you play with a Grad ND to help the hot spots?

Quite an impressive falls and you captured it so well.

Tough exposure setting to get it to work, especially with the bright foreground. BUt, you nailed it!

I love the view of the fall from here also from the top, looking over the railing. I have wanted to go all the way to the bottom of the falls but did not want to fall and get hurt like you said. Water falls are very hard to shot, they don't always turn out the way I want, I'm sure you had fun and thats all that matters vern!

Love waterfalls. Beautiful!

Nicely done, Vern. Did you use a ND filter to slow things down? It really helps when shooting moving water!
