This is a menu from the first real Turkish restaurant I ate at. I have to give them credit for providing an English translation, but I was afraid to order the "Young Chicken Tumor, Swelling". I stuck to the safe sounding "Young Chicken Gridiron, Grate". After a few months in Turkey, I could order from the Turkish side of the menu. Believe me, it makes much more sense than some of the translations.
