Looks like the Church of St George, Lalibela. Saw these amazing rock churches on a UK TV programme a few years ago which also covered Aksum (Axum), looking for the Ark of the Covenant which is said to lie within a church there. Hard to believe these date from the 12th Century. Well worth scanning the old film!
