4th - Tequila Anyone?

San Diego, California

I was intrigued by the shapes and lines of this large succulent-looking plant which, Walter informed me, is the agave and is the basis for the distillation of tequila...that obviously explains my strange fascination for this plant :o)

other sizes: small medium large original auto

Very nice shot with this lighting. The one you shot looked a bit tired. Usually the blades will be more stiff and stick up more.

Where's the worm? Good use of light and shade to capture the shape of the leaves.
