This bridge (locally the "Gay Street Bridge") replaced a crumbling
concrete structure spanning French Creek and the former Phoenix Iron grounds;
viewed from The Foundry. This was on a much cloudier day with very little blue
sky so we see much less dramatic sky effects from the IR than in the earlier shots.
