The Mid-Air Temple (Xuankongsi in Chinese) near Datong in Shanxi.
A very impressive structure, but also very difficult to photograph. Early morning in summer
might some direct lighting, but that is all. Also, the view point from the valley is currently not accessible owing to construction.
