(932/365) It was a tough choice for today's PaD. I am doing this from memory and can't remember the reason why I was photographing my son in the lake. He was swimming near the boat launch, I don't remember if this was for some special reason or not. I know my girls were not swimming with him otherwise I would have photographed them too. I was close in and lowerer towards the water initially. I walked up the beach and shot down on him, I believe mostly to avoid blown out skies, but also to get this kind of effect, giving depth to the lake. I shot this with Sepia/BW in mind, I also shot this expecting him to be lost in the shadows, looking for more of a silhouette, I like this lighting a little better, giving more detail to my son than I'd originally expected.
