Today's mission was a return trip to Paradise Falls - aka Wolf Creek Falls. Waterfall guru Kevin Adams reported that the dam up creek from the falls was being repaired and the creek was now flowing freely. This was something I had to see since normal flow is quite puny due to being dam controlled. I set my alarm for 5:30 to get an early start not intending to see a sunrise. But I woke up at 4 and figured this was a sign that I needed to get on up to the Parkway. I got to the Pounding Mill Overlook around 6 and things looked promising. Lots o' nice clouds to be colorfully illuminated by the rising sun.
