On the Mountaintop

It was about 9,800 feet elevation at the top of the Beartooth Highway,
where the temperature was 42 degrees F. compared to 84 degrees at the base of the mountain.

This is a great photo. . It's 97 in Florida and if it were any more humid you would need scuba gear. 42 degrees sounds good to me.
