the Pantheon, an amazing domed building dating from 120 AD, was initially a temple, and subsequently taken over by the church...despite a minor tweak to the horizon, with the wide angle distortion in this curved space I find it almost impossible to determine just what is exact level for this scene

I think the wide-angle probably was the best choice of lens for this place. Nothing looks too unnatural .... interesting content too. Well done.

Nice wide angle distortion combined with the architecture makes for a dizzying feel for the viewer. Some buildings seem to have been designed for photography. This is one of them. "V"
