READY FOR A WALK

My house, Niagara Falls, Ontario

After barely being able to walk 100 feet just one year ago
I am back to walking several miles a week now.

It has been a long and at times slow journey.

Karsten! You are a mere shadow of the man I had dinner with in Frankenmuth. You look fantastic! As an unofficial member of you fan club, I am so proud of everything you have accomplished. Please let me know when you are going to be in town again. I would really like to have dinner or just a stroll down the road with our cameras. Denise
