A very sad shot depicting the carnage caused at the Fowlsheugh seabird colony by the strong winds of the 4th July. Kittiwake chicks particularly suffered getting blown out of their nests but Guillemots and Razorbills suffered too. I saw at least 200 dead chicks in the sea, there must have been many more.
