An extended family: a cow with her calf from this spring; I'm assuming the bull calf is hers from the previous spring. A calf will usually stay with its mother until another calf is born the next year. This cow would occasionally chase the young bull away. The young bull seems to have a tracking collar on. This group was feeding on a grassy knoll along the highway.
