I made another yummy batch of granola today. I toasted in the oven lots of oats, slivered almonds,
sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chopped pecans, cashews, wheat germ, flax seed, all
mixed together with some peanut butter, honey, and olive oil warmed together and drizzled over before
toasting for an hour, stirring every twenty minutes. Once cooled, I added in some chopped dried
apricots, pineapple, cherries and pomegranate. In the morning I will sprinkle a big spoonful over my
Special K and may add some fresh fruit. It will be so good you will all want some!! ;)
