My Stamp Collection

My Living Room - NJ

I take great pride in this part of my collection. As any serious stamp collector knows, only galvanized nails will do. Steel nails can rust, which can discolor the stamps. This lowers their value greatly.

yeah i thought i thought of almost everything on this. the two things that i would change in future versions - of a simaler nature, i have to get more evil you know. is to bang random nails into the board. get the impression it made. the banged head, and the different grain on the nail.

you have to give it a really close look to really see that the galvinized section was the same as i never gave it a second thought when i made it. quality is in the details. i have fooled quite a few people on photosig. it just depends on how closly you look at it. how bright the monitor is. and how sharp it gets. my monitor has fuzzy issues with text, so it blends better on mine.

there are still a few cartoon like qualities in this, but i haven't been able to peg them down. mostly for this and the butterflies, i wanted the worse way to present a collection. this was the first thing that popped into my mind.

Mike;
Excellent PhotoShop work. It is a dead giveaway when you use the same nail for each stamp, tho'(:>)).

I collect homeless animals too! You should see the look on people's faces when they visit my den. They're speechless, all I hear is a gasp. And then it's all worth it to me. You should see Cat on a Plaque.

Good grief!

I'm sincerely hoping you're not also a collector of depression glass or fine china. ;-)
