Clearwater



This man and another man (not pictured) were aggressively panhandling at this corner. They would walk right into the
road and try to get drivers to roll down their window and give them money. At the picture on the left, the woman would
not roll down her window. The man walked away and made a gesture to her. Someone called the police. The other man
not pictured hightailed it out of there. This man was not arrested but the cop hung around until the panhandler left the area.
