1st - Take A Break...

near Winchcombe, Glos.

Quick grab shot at the stables this morning...this utilitarian chair was looking rather wet and forlorn in the drizzle

Doug did you take anymore of this subject? i think it would have been intresting to have had a wider view, seeing this chair in isolation in the field might have brought out some emotion, also showing more of a view as to what you'd see from the chair would make the image more personal. I guess though you'd lose the detail in the water...

Interesting capture. It makes we want to think about what I'd be looking at if I sat down ... other than changing my pants of course! ;-)

Think it needs an umbrella.

I like the simplicity of this composition. That chair looks well used. :)

Looks a bit wet. You sit in it first, then I will have that break. :) Love the pretty greens and flowers all around!

I think this is the seat you have to go to when you are in trouble with the teacher ;-)
Walter Otto Koenig01-Jun-2010 14:47
The opposite of the hot seat. Very nice tones in the subdued light.
