There was tile to take out, plus the underlying cement. Lots of cement. A good bit of it ended up in my lower drawers and cupboards. Carlos was going to give me time to empty them, but things got going ahead of schedule, so I agreed to just plow ahead.

Carlos added a new outlet for me along this wall. There was a misunderstanding about the light switch one weekend. The old wiring was supposed to have been isolated from the metal box. When I turned on the light, it started a small fire in the wall. Now all the outlets and switches will be updated.
