Now this shot was a challenge -- the capitol building in the background with patches of bright blue sky behind it, and then the entire foreground, including the capitol, the town, and the docks where I was, covered and darkened by gloomy clouds.

The first shot, the "Before" shot, is what I got out of the camera, one of several exposures but I believe this one gave me the most "chance".

The second shot, "After", is after some real going over in the Lightroom Raw processor. This will be a project for my "Raw Conversion Before and After" gallery here.
