Cliff Swallows

Petrochelidon pyrrhonota

Note: This is a composite photograph - a combination of several shots.

These are the famous Swallows of Mission San Juan Capistrano, which have largely abandoned the Mission and have sought new living accommodations nearby. These photographs were taken four miles, as the swallow flies, from the Mission.

Well done, it would be hard to have them all in focus.
