Here is an Eastern Hognose snake (or puff adder)--we saw while mountain biking along the North South Trail today. We chased it around the under story for a while. This creature was pissed off! Obviously didn't like it when I grabbed it by the tail. Living up to it's name, it puffed up and was hissing like a tire with a hole in it. It was kind enough to let me get in close and personal with the Blackberry to capture this image.
