A very nice NASCAR fan (top right - thanks again!) hooked us both up with his extra scanners for the entire race so we could follow the spotter-driver-crew chief communications. There are not a lot of Montoya fans (yet!) on the circuit compared to NASCARs version of the Yankees (Johnson, Stewart, Gordon, K. Busch, and a few other great drivers), but we ended up sitting next to a small cluster of #42 fans and it was a lot of fun. Oh, and Montoya finished 5th, and well ahead of many of the weekly favorites.
