The large cabin down the road turned out to be a multi-accomodation lodge. It was about three thousand square feet, and felt much more comfortable. Designed to accomodate three families, with a shared living space, each "wing" of the lodge was fairly spacious itself, and uniquely decorated. It had a large front balcony that overlooked a creek, and it was the most remote of all of the cabins in the resort. The setting was beautiful... we reserved the entire lodge for ourselves for the two nights, and as you can see by the extra big smile on Angelas face, it was a good decision.
