Bow Fiddle Rock

Portnockie, Moray, Scotland

A popular site in the town of Portknockie is Bow Fiddle Rock
A large rock about 50 feet high just off the coast
The quartzite rock has a large sea arch, which somewhat resembles the bow of a fiddle

I was born in Buckie (too many years ago) and only became aware of this beautiful scene recently. Shame on me! Your image does it proud.

Another winning composition. More simplified. I still like the other with a bit more fore ground interest. Both are very well executed.
