Tulip time on the Skagit Flats means glorious riots of colours across the fields, masses of people
enjoying the colours and line-ups of cars trying to get to the parking lots! I was fortunate on a
recent trip and managed to view the flowers early in the blooming period and during the middle of the
week, when crowds and traffic were at a minimum.
