Someone had the bright idea to make a car park height barrier more interesting by constructing this train and sloping viaduct on top of it.
The viaduct relates to the real railway viaduct behind, the loco a faithful reproduction of an LSWR Drummond M7 class (which I can just about remember as a small child), and the load is a response to the carved birds and animals that have been crafted from trees alongside the adjacent river.
