Today the Great Blue Herons were back on their nests and were all busy renovating. The pond was otherwise quiet. There wasn't much out and about this morning elsewhere either.
 
Off in the corner of the pond was this canoe. This canoe has been stored next to the pond on the opposite side ever since I started coming here. Today was the first time I have ever seen it out. I looked around for the person that might have used the canoe but it appeared that I was all alone in the area. Too bad because I wanted to know who owned the canoe and who owned the land on the other side of the pond.
